Freeform surface support tools

Full freeform surface support is a big deal. A few simple tools would help and IMO not a big deal.
1) A new drawing plane option. Point-Surface Tangent. Create a drawing plane tangent to a surface tangent at a point.
2) Create and move points on a surface independent of a Sketch.
3) More curve extraction options.
4) Another part instance option, Distribute along a curve
Too much to ask?
