Updating red- dangling - "line to line center line"

Is there a way to update these center lines or do I need to delete and redo?

    I see this a fair bit too, I think it happens when a new feature is added to a face and the reference to the face changes. I re-add the centre lines and redo the dimension but still feels to me like it happens more than it should. Nothing worse than having to redo a completed drawing after a very small feature change.

    We have some needed improvements to make on associativity to silhouette edges across geometry changes.  Sorry for the short term pain here...
