New template - import dxf/dwg/dwt - can't make it work

I am trying to make a template drawing, but the import does not show any lines ??
I have attached an image of the AutoCAD drawing here and I have also shared the imported dwt/dxf-files, maybe somebody can try to import it and let me know how to make it work ?
I have made it public, search for : Capiro Template A3 (2000)

All lines and text in AutoCAD was in paperspace. After moving them to AutoCAD's modelspace it worked !!
