Property Revision linked to Sheet - I want to link it to Drawing

I am used to see the drawing with sheets as a book. All sheets belong to the same drawing (ie.sheet 1)
The revisions table is on sheet 1.
If the drawing is issued as a new revision, all sheets are included, ie. the revision property should follow the drawing.
This means that if a change is done to only one sheet, the whole drawing including all sheets will be re-issued with the new revision.
What do you think about this ??
