Allow adding linear & angular dimensions between section lines and part geometry in drawings

    @David_Bone There are going to be more options in adding other reference sketch info to the view. We don't typically add features that are dimensioned for position in Drawings themselves.

    I'll keep any eye out for the new features to see if they will provide the section view definition I am looking for.
