Reality Server stays on a black screen

Hi - simple problem - hopefully a simple solution.

Reality server loads but the viewer remains black.

Any suggestions?

    Please click on the 'Report a bug' menu item in the help pulldown WHILE the Reality Server element (tab) is active.
    This will generate a service request directly to MyGenius (the creators of RealityServer).
