adding custom features on mobile

Hello,
Using Onshape on an iPad Pro.
I wanted to add custom features but I can’t find the add button, the one with the plus sign that I see in all the documentation. As a matter of fact, none of my toolbars look like the documentation. I don’t see where I can customize the toolbars. Under Preferences I can only change units.
