I would like to be able to add note attached to a sketch dimension in part studio

When adding a dimension sometimes it is nice to have a note attached to it. For example, when a dimension is based on an ISO specification or some standard it is good to see the standard as a static reference especially if the dimension is deviating from the the standard. In solidworks I was able to do this in dimension text in the dimension property manager.
