Linking to Specific Part Studio or Assembly

Is there no way to link directly to a specific part studio or assembly?

    Every element tab has a unique URL, so yes. Also if you share a document to somebody, the document will open on the tab that you had open when you opened the share dialog. 

    Now if you mean linking a part into another assembly, then make sure you create a version in the doc you’re linking to.
