File Import Windows Should resize on smaller screens

I have to train all my students when importing images and SVG's to zoom out of the browser so they can see the import button then zoom back in. The import button should either be on the top or even better this window should auto adjust size on smaller screens (many of my students have 11 or 13 inch screens).
