March 2021 in Using Onshape

I'm trying to get a switch (#1) to slide forward and push a plate (#2) down. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are a few ways you could do this. For complex paths, I like to do something like this:
Create a continuous surface, I usually use a single spline to do this.
Fasten the surface to the push plate with the fasten mate in the assembly.
Constrain your slider to the continuous surface with the Tangent mate in the assembly.
