Please help me make a m1.4 screw.

I was trying to create threaded holes in a cube for a personal project, and I wanted to use m1.4 screws, with a shaft length of 6mm. I realized that the hole tool did not function, so I tried to use the thread creator, but once I went to a certain diameter, it would not work. I was just curious if I could get any help at creating a m1.4 screw. Thank you very much.

    @Evan_Reese, you read my mind.  I LOVE McMaster!  Not always the lowest cost option, but they've got a great selection, robust search engine and configurators, and an amazing library of CAD models.  And if you submit an order by 3PM you have a darned good chance of unboxing the next day.
