Has CADENAS Part Community died again?

I keep having problems with CADENAS "Insert into Onshape", generates the file but doesn't Insert it into my project.  Seems to happen randomly.

Anyone else?

I can download just fine from an OEM website, in this case Bimba cylinders.

    I tested this today, and it surprisingly worked. Sometimes I feel like the cookies agreement can get in the way (although in that recording it worked BEFORE I accepted them), or maybe security set up...but this app has had a history of issues as your post title suggests. I would HIGHLY reccomend you report your issues to the app maker using the steps in this gif: 


    Only then are they aware, and by reporting it at the time of issue, the app maker can pull the necessary details to resolve the issue.
