STEP errors form Onshape to Catia

Elena_BertucciElena_Bertucci Member Posts: 5 PRO
One of our suppliers who uses Catia software tells us that the STEP format files we pass to him (created with Onshape) contain errors.
However, if we open those files in SolidWorks and save them as STEP again, they can be seen.

There are options for Step formats when exporting from Onshape. If you don't have "Always use latest" selected, there are options for AP203, AP214 and AP242. Which version of Catia? What version of Solidworks? What type of Step file from Solidworks? What types of errors are they getting?

    All of these things matter.
