Sketch can't actually obey "coincident" constraint

Anyone else having "unexpected" things happen to solids when adding entities to a previous sketch??
Hello! Quickly, I created a "main sketch" and extruded a couple of solids from that. Then I went back to the main sketch to add some other entities and the first solids now have voids! Reusing the same sketch.
Apologies if this was asked before. I couldn't find it. I need to use different parts (regions) of the same sketch to base different features on. I use SW most of the time and I'm used to that. Is it available now and I don't know how to use it? Or will it be added later?
