flag notes

We use 'rectangles' instead of the default 'pointy rectangle'. Can I change the Default Style?

Every time I add a Flag to a line item in a Note, the Note expands, and I then must go back and select All text and then select ‘Remove Space Before’ and ‘Remove Space After’ to re-compress the note. Can I stop this behavior?
