Can someone show me how to do a successful oploft between two circles on different planes?

I am new to featurescript, and I have watched many of the tutorials, but I can't figure out how to do even a basic loft.

Here is a super simple example of creating two circles on different planes and then lofting between them. Let me know if you want to provide examples of anything else, like letting the user select the loft profiles instead of creating them in the feature, or using the more advanced options of loft.
