Changing length and width but not height

I have made a car model but I have realized that while my car's height is correct at 3.6 centimeters, the length and width are 20 and 5 inches respectively, instead of the 20 and 5 centimeters I would like. I can't find a way to rescale only my length and width without messing up my entire build. Can I successfully change the length and width, or do I need to start over?

In the Transform tool, there are options to scale a Part along different axes. Perhaps this could help?1
