Help with joining two pipes into one

jon_jones266jon_jones266 Member Posts: 2

I'm trying to join two pipe inlets into a single outlet, which I've done (I think) as a solid using Sweep. They have joined, I have used a Boolean Union to join all the parts into one and I feel all appears okay.

I now plan to Shell out the whole pipe arrangement, however this is where I am stuck. When I attempt to Shell I get an error at two points where the inlet pipes amalgamate into the single outlet.

Can I get some help on the best way to achieve my outcome please? I ultimately want the pipe union, but also to learn the best way of doing it.

Thanks in advance.

You might have a radius or something that becomes too small while the shell features tries to offset the surfaces to make the shell. It hard to guess without any images or anything though.
