impossible to move a view in drawing folder

Hello, in the drawing tab I cannot move a view, the whole page moves. Likewise when I want to put a dimension the lines are displayed but not the value. Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi franck , I would tell you to start with the LEARNING CENTER - Go to self-paced courses, scroll down to " introduction to 2D drawings " and review that course. It's 100% free , and will only cost you a small amount of your time.

    Hi Riok_Randall, Thanks for the response but I don't understand enough English to fully understand the videos. I use Gloogle translation a lot to make myself understood by English speakers. I will try to go to the course in question. Good day to you
