I can't find a way to add a cover with a thru hole pattern on a cylindrical shell with gasket
end cap won't work for me, extrude ring over gasket and add-extrude to fill the missing solid won't work for me.
I am stumped

I posted the dynamic link, and my question is moot because I found a way to make the cover (extrude with offset off the plane at the origin)
