I can't find a way to add a cover with a thru hole pattern on a cylindrical shell with gasket

end cap won't work for me, extrude ring over gasket and add-extrude to fill the missing solid won't work for me.

I am stumped

    Hey Christopher. The sketch 'set point for 1st hole' should be on the surface of the cover. - Scotty

    Hi Scotty

    I posted the dynamic link, and my question is moot because I found a way to make the cover (extrude with offset off the plane at the origin)

    The above screenshot doesn't apply any more
