Why is the feature list hidden?

I just opened a document that I have been working on, and the Part/Feature List only shows Parts.

    Actually it is a Part Studio of a document.

    Are you on the desktop or mobile? On mobile, it's a bit of a pain to click in just the right spot to drag that section open.
