Problem to Extrude

Hello everyone, I have a problem to extrude a sketch and I don't know where the problem could be.

    it's something called a non-manifold condition. There are a few ways to solve this like the ways I show below:

    Avoid the bottom vertex from sharing so many lines with a very slight seperation.
