How do I continue the Certification Test?

My computer lost power in the middle of the certification test. When I relogged with 1.5 hours left on the clock, the only option to continue the test was to repurchase it.

I lost 2 hours going through the test not to be able to complete it.

    I submitted a ticket, the test is over time by several hours, and is still stuck.
