creating an ISO or ANSI thread is easy. However, how can I create very wide pitch without depth.

I want a "spiral" thread. One or two turns to move the nut 10mm. Example use: twist top on a jar or bottle. I guess it would be the same as creating a thread for a screw rather than a bolt.
