Graphics issue only effects documents when loaded on my computer

I am having issues with all documents I try loading on my MacBook Pro. I am including an image to show what it looks like. This is all documents and only on this one computer. I use google chrome browser, have run the compatibility check and it should be fine, this is a new issue and for over a year since getting this computer everything loaded as expected. I cleared cache and cookies. Not sure where to go form here as far as trouble shooting this issue, any help is appreciated, thank you.
