Why is my fillet going inward instead of outward?

Hi - I'm new to Onshape and have been trying hard to solve this myself but can't seem to. Notice the fillet on the tongue is rounding inward, rather than smoothly rounding outward. All of the tutorials make this look so easy. I will note that this tongue shape is a duplicated line from what it is sitting on, then extruded and thickened, and is going the reverse direction. In case it is useful, here is my document. The tab "Front-right Copy 1" is what is pictured here.

It is "going outward". You have two different parts. You need to extrude or thicken with "add" not "new" (or boolean add later).
