Why has onshape feature studio stopped autocomplete/autosuggest ?

it just doesn't do it anymore in my document. How do fix it?

I can't see the editing tools at that link, but I've found that the autocomplete is deactivated if there's a syntax or such error in the script. For instance if you've missed a semicolon. Can that be it?
no, no errors present.
it is magically working now, but i don't know what's different or how to fix it if it happens again.
