Collaborate with accounts outside organization

So I have my account thru my college. There's this assembly file that I've been working on, and some other people need to get on it. These other people have their own personal accounts. Is there some way to share it with them/copy it to my own personal account without losing the feature tree? So far it looks like my college's enterprise settings don't allow neither. Please help. Thanks.

    This should be possible in principle, but you're right: Enterprise setting may override it. You'll need your admin or team manager to clear the share.
