Import existing onshape parts

How can I insert existing Onshape files (like a block) into a new assembly or Part Studio?  example:  building a house and you want to insert 2x4's, doors, etc. without drawing them from scratch every time.

Thanks!  While I'm not a huge fan of the tab method (when you have possibly hundreds of parts to insert) this gets me over another hurdle.  I like all links being broken to the source because I do need to modify the parts without changing the source.  Using SW in the past we never had a vault system and the source files were always being screwed up because people brought it in wrong.
