How to put a drill hole at 135 and 225 degrees on the round side of a cylinder

Can any one shed light on how I can put two drill holes on the curve side of a 4" diameter by 1.5 inch thick aluminum cylinder.

Putting the a drill hole top dead center is easy  but I am having troubles with the 135 and 225 degree angles. Any help would be appreciated.  The angle is crucial

There are a couple of ways to achieve this.  Are you wanting to use the hole tool?
What method did you use for the hole that is top dead center?
Are all of the holes the same diameter / depth?

Is this what you are looking for?

@pete_lozano007 Here is one easier method which might be helpful to you.
Create lines on cylinder face as per required angle. Create planes by using curve point method for each line. In this case three planes will be created on which point can be created as a sketch for each hole. See the below GIF animation.
