How do you change luster (shininess) of parts?

I need to change the sheen of the parts so that when I take a screenshot and paste the image in my document I can change the look. That brings me to a follow on question. Does anyone have a better way of exporting images, other than taking a screenshot?

    I didn't even think about the app store, thanks. I think I should be able to find something in here. Do you have a recommendation for one of them?

    Not really, but I briefly used KeyShot with a different CAD program and that seemed pretty decent so far as results were concerned.
