Specifying direction of third axis when making a plane

Hello, I have created a plane with a specified normal and x. How could I orientate the plane such that the third axis, the Y axis i suppose, is pointing in a certain direction?

If you have a specified normal and x, the y axis is always the cross product of the normal and x.  This is a consequence of the math -- so I'm not sure what you're asking here...

Ah, that explains it. I thought the Y axis was an arbitrary vector that was orthogonal to x and normal. I get it now.
