Trying to Subscribe for Free but OnShape says my Password is Incorrect

Hi, I'm trying to subscribe to the free version of STL Workbench in the App Store.  However, it says my password is incorrect (of course, i've tried multiple times, made sure caps lock is off, etc.).  I've just created an Educational account using my University email address, and successfully logged in to OnShape.  Any idea what to do--should i open a support ticket?

    Hi @caleb_petersen ,

    I took a look into this and it looks like you were eventually able to get the subscription of the STL Workbench eventually working. If this is not the case, please file a support ticket.
