Given only two points, there are many different rectangles that can be created between those corners. In order to know which one to create, you first need:
    1) A plane normal (i.e. which direction does the plane of the rectangle face), and
    2) A horizontal direction (i.e. within that plane, which way do you travel from the first point to the next corner?)

Do you have those two things? Alternatively, is is possible to instead select 3 points of the rectangle?

I have 2 points and a face which is use to create a plane where the rectangle is going to be sketch using the 2 points selected.
I can get 3 points too if its needs to have. but a face needs to be selected too .

Wouldn't it be possible with two points and a horizontal direction?
