O-ring Groove Custom Feature
With the recent release of O-rings in standard content I created a custom feature for adding the o-ring grooves to your parts! Add a radial or axial groove and the feature will autosize to match the geometry. A mate connector is also added for easy mating in assemblies.

Add it here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/7cc7800afe750c5b8148b440/v/ae1c45a09a12e8ffab98ad28/e/a9662007830c2b8be9ec314b

Awesome FS, this will save a lot of time! Any reason why the dash numbers are limited? For example, I just tried testing out an application that needs a 053 o-ring, but the 000 series stops at 028.

Glad you like it! Unfortunately the standards used (SAE AS4716C and SAE AS6235A) do not specify the gland dimensions for o-ring sizes between 028 and 108. Do you have another source I can take a look at?Tim Rice | User Experience | Support

Another option would be to make more of a manual input where the user would specify the ID, OD, and depth. Essentially like the hole feature you can either use a standard or just make a fully custom hole.2

The Parker O-ring guide is another good resource:

Yes, thank you both. I will add a manual slot input in a future update

@TimRice
The center of the circles are coincident with the origin. And the mate connector is placed at the center of the cylinder. Yet I get this message that the mate connector does not fall on the central axis of the cylinder
What am I doing wrong ?
