Hi and welcome.Sorry, that's a bit of a vague question. Can you do us a back of napkin sketch to give us more to go on? When you say "sweep" do you mean a twist to the blade? "Sweep" is a "feature" in Onshape that could be used here so the word may be confusing things...Cheers, Owen S.Business Systems and Configuration Controller

But if you’re looking for something like a fan blade then take a look at the link below. And be sure to rotate around the part. Realize that this is just a basic fan blade

To attain the twist that I think is what you are after, I use a feature script called tangent plane to create a plane on the surface of the cylinder. I then made a new sketch of a small rectangle. I the created another offset plane from the tangent plane and made a longer rectangle. I used TRANSFORM to rotate the longer rectangle 45 degrees. I used the loft tool to create the blade. I used MOVE FACE to ensure that the start of the blade fully intersected the hub. On the right plane I made a new sketch to create an axis to use in the circular pattern tool. - Scotty1

A couple of methods have been posted and you should be able to learn a lot going through them. Not to confuse - I modified your approach and made a possible blade. Note it is good practice to keep your sketches simple and then use the various part or feature pattern tools. That not only makes for quicker documents it is easier once you have the knack.
