Part numbers for configured parts.

I use the automatic numbering for my parts, but how is the best way to use that when you want unique part numbers for configured parts?

    One can do this by going to the configured part properties tab

    Do Add property -> Part number

    Add all rows for the configurations

    Right mouse button in the empty part number box and pick "Generate next part number"
