Kiri:Moto won't open

I have one student that is unable to get Kiri:Moto to launch. He is on a chromebook and can run Onshape, but when he launches Kiri:Moto it opens a blank tab with the word "reset" in the browser column.
Any ideas?

Can the student access Kiri directly?
