Very new to on shape, using it as an educator/teacher. Is there a guide on how to set up classroom?

How do I get pupils to sign up and have it linked to school and/or classroom folders?

Welcome Amanda!
A lot of our educator resources can be found here: https://learn.onshape.com/catalog?labels=["Videos"]&values=["Educator Resources"] they will be the best place to get started.
How your students get signed up depend on if you are on the Education Standard or Education Enterprise plan. For standard you can point them to sign up here: https://www.onshape.com/en/education/ while with Enterprise you can setup SSO or invite them directly.
Happy to help if you have more questions!0 -
There is more to the Enterprise plan! Specifically you can integrate with SSO providers so students can sign in with existing school accounts, get reports on what your students are doing in the platform, set up administrative controls over what permissions student do and don't have, all within your own custom domain. If you're interested, just fill out this form and a member of our team will get in touch with you to see if it's a good fit: https://www.onshape.com/en/education/enterprise

Mark, thank you so much for that. I think I just have the standard education? Is there more to the Enterprise plan? Is that a paid extra, but worth doing? Many thanks Amanda0
