Issue with part properties dialog, releasing parts and drawings

Hi there, wondering if anyone has had these errors before. It is only happening for a couple parts for me. I am not able to open the parts properties dialog (get the first error below). Auto populated fields in the drawings are also not showing anything. And also get the second message below when I try to release the part. Assuming the issues stem from the part properties dialog no working but not sure. Any ideas?
