Where's my tool bar?

I may have done something but I can't recall doing anything that would make the sketch tool bar disappear. It's only missing from one document. I can open other docs and it's there. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If you right-hand click where the toolbar was, you should be able to see a 'customise toolbar' that should allow you to get it back.0
