Creating Self-Paced Assignments

Hello folks,
I'm wanting to create some self-paced lessons within Onshape for next year. I've used others and embedded them into our LMS, but I want to refresh those and build some new custom lessons. What are your preferred ways of doing this? While I could create modules within my LMS and use Onshape in tandem, I'd rather build the lesson directly within Onshape something akin to the Gyrosphere Modeling Exercise (Gyrosphere Modeling Exercise (onshape.com)) Any thoughts on how to create these? Or preferences for something better?

I have created some self-directed Onshape Projects that you can use. The PDF project sheets available on my site can be uploaded to an Onshape document and you can then share that Onshape document with students. They open and save the document, open the PDF and use the instructions and video links to complete the project all inside Onshape. If the students right-click on the video links in the PDF, they can open the youtube video in a new browser tab and just switch tabs back and forth view the video and then complete the work in the part studio.
