A colleague has brought in some of his old notes etc from back in the day containing drawings and assemblies he had to make for his engineering qual when he was now't but a lad. Many of these have been recycled around various colleges and qualifications over the years in various turning, milling, fitting etc. units. A lot of them are looking a little worse for wear in various workshops in education, a copy of a copy of a copy...
Wouldn't it be nice if we had a shared resource of these classics?

ooh yeah! I made one of those in my school's machining class. The piston fit so well it would drop super slowly into the bore, and make a nice pop when you pulled it out. Very satisfying.2
