Light Blue Mystery Object

What is this light blue object that has appeared in my document?  It is pretty clearly a projection of a rectangle in a sketch onto a plane.  How did it get there?  How do I get rid of it?  Deleting the plane it is projected onto, the sketch from which it is projected, or the sketch drawn on the plane doesn't work.  It's visible in both the Parts Studio and the Assembly.

    I get this occasionally...usually a page refresh resets things

    You seem to be right!  I loaded the document yesterday and the ghost object was gone.  Thanks!
