  • please help! tryin to to lightening and no matter what I do it wont work

    the hexagon diameter is 1.5 and spaced for a patter. the thickness of the part I'm trying to lighten is 0.25. I've tried changing the size of the hexagons as well as changing the thickness of the walls, ribs, and tool Diameter.

  • How would I go about emulating this effect?

    I've looked into using the helix tool, but it doesn't play well with non-cylindrical bodies. If only I could wrap it around the contour of the part, but that doesn't seem to be a possibility.
