Can i constrain assemblys to certain values?
I’m working on a articulated dummy/mannequin that i want to use for sizing other designs so that they will be somewhat ergonomic. I found a model of a dummy, but when making the assembly everything moves uncontrollable. There are a lot of ball mates that all seem to influence each other so its very hard to set a desired…
Problem with animating mates, movement is fine with mouse
Moving the camshaft works correctly with the valves when using my mouse but when I try to animate the mate, it shows an instanced may be contained error. it twitched back and forth from 7 to 14 degrees and will not spin. Can anyone figure out why?…

I can't believe I have to ask this, but how do you move an object from one location to another? I have a 3D object, and its in an awkward position on the grid. I want to move it to a more comfortable spot but the bloody thing won't cooperate. Please don't tell me it's stuck there.
