I think in-context is best to use for creating some minor features like holes, machining to mating geometry, tabs and so on. The base shape should be made without reference to the context (View Post)1 -

The triad manipulator is a way to go for this, you place it on surface at some starting point and in manipulator change function you projecting current position of its origin to reference body and re… (View Post)1 -
