FYI, the weird 2nd Chrome window when using "Open in new browser tab" was due to an outdated version of Chrome (thanks IT policies)...upgrading to the latest Chrome fixed it. (View Post)2 -

Fasten Mate option to maintain offset between two parts/mate connectes (vs snap to 0 offset)
