Expand one of the revolute mates involved with your gear relation. Edit one of the mate connectors. Check off the "Move" checkbox and add a rotation. (View Post)2 -

I usually make a drawing. Custom template, custom sheet size. Insert the entire Part Studio. Then export the drawing for laser cutting. (View Post)1
